Samantha Beret Harness Hat

This full-size wool forest green beret hat is outfitted with harness straps that buckle under the chin. Nice and structured, quality woven with a nice tight weave. 

Fits up to a 23" head size. Material is 100% wool felt, with an 11.5" diameter. Straps are  glossy deep teal green PVC.
