Fierce Holographic Choker Collar

Magical, color-shifting iridescent oversized choker collar made in thick PVC. Holographic, iridescent pvc is layered over clear.  Fit is adjustable with two buckles in back.  

Collar is 2" wide.

LARGE/X-LARGE (15-17")
