Neon Trouble Choker Collar
This choker collar is handmade in thick, high quality neon PVC. Fit is adjustable with buckle in back. Silver-toned nickel plated steel hardware and with double layered bondage style o-ring in front.
Collar is 1.5 inches wide. Ring are 1.5" and 1" wide.
Pink and orange are UV reactive, the green is NOT.
